JSC “RT – Project Technologies” is an organization of the Corporation, specializing in the implementation of promising projects in the field of information technology. It is a center of competence for the development and launch of information technologies in the field of public procurement, including systems for controlling pricing in the implementation of public procurement in both the civil and military spheres. Since 2017, the organization is the only executor of government contracts with the Federal Treasury (the Federal Treasury is the functional customer of the UIS) for the development and operation of the Unified Information System in the field of procurement (UIS), and is also the developer of information and analytical system for monitoring and control in the field of procurement of medicines to meet state needs (IAS), the developer and operator of the Unified Trade Aggregator “Berezka” (UTA) – a federal information resource mandatory for use by executive authorities when making minor volume procurement.
